Made of extract of root of the Asian plant, Panax ginseng L.
Each ginseng tablet contains 185 mg standardized dried root extract of Panax ginseng L.
The Ginseng root contains the ingredients below:
- A combination of triterpene saponins called ginsenosides.

• How ID-VIT works
The Asian Panax ginseng L. is a universal plant filled with energy. Ginseng has been used in China as an herbal tonic for thousands of years. In the ninth century, worldwide traditional medicine practitioners prescribed this plant as a medicine for their patients. The Asian Ginseng is cultivated in the mountains of China and is prescribed worldwide; it is one of the rarest and most expensive herbal medicines worldwide. Ginseng is used as a tonic and stimulant. It can also be used in different forms such as infusion. Many studies have been performed on the healing effects of this drug. When NOT to take it
People with asthma, acute infections, excessive bleeding during menstruation or epistaxis, and high blood pressure, should not take this drug.
Taking during Pregnancy and Lactation
No complication or adverse effect regarding the use of this drug has been reported during pregnancy and lactation.

How and when to take it
One tablet should be taken daily with water after breakfast or lunch.
How long to take it
In case of any physician recommendation, continue taking it until the visible symptoms of deficiency have improved.
What to do if you miss a dose
If you miss a dose of ID-Vit, try to take it as soon as remember if it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time. Do not take two doses of it at the same time.

Things you must not do
Concurrent use of this drug with stimulants such as caffeine and amphetamine are not recommended.
• Side effects
The results from controlled clinical trials show that there is no mentionable adverse effect with the prescribed doses of Ginseng but taking too much of it can cause symptoms such as low blood pressure, nervousness, insomnia, nausea, and skin problems.

- Store in a dry place, keep away from direct sunlight and below 25 °C.
